He has practised since 2003.

He practices primarily in equity corporate finance, corporate and commercial matters.

He has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience includes, equity securities offerings, initial public offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses, corporate restructurings of insolvent companies, private company advisory work, foreign direct investment (including joint ventures), intellectual property matters, placement and underwriting arrangements, option arrangements and corporate and commercial matters.
