Barrister-at-law, Lincoln’s Inn, Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

He has practiced since 1955.

He practices corporate and commercial, trusts and settlements, inheritance and property areas. 

He has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience includes, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses, privatisations, venture and development capital financing, debt financing, foreign direct investment joint ventures and technology transfers, commercial property transactions and joint ventures, inheritance and trusts and settlements.

He has spoken at a major Malaysian law conference in relation to property matters.
