Her experience includes, initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses, foreign direct investment, placement and underwriting arrangements, conventional and Islamic debt financing, corporate and retail banking, engineering construction contracts, infrastructure, franchising, copyright, trade mark and industrial design registrations and other intellectual property matters, applications for stamp duty exemption, property and commercial joint ventures and transactions, inheritance and trusts and settlements and various other real estate, corporate and commercial matters.
