She practices principally in the debt capital markets, debt restructuring and financing and property areas.

She has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes, conventional and Islamic debt securities offerings, debt restructurings, syndications, conventional and Islamic debt financing, commercial property transactions, property joint ventures, infrastructure, privatisations, initial public offerings, placement and underwriting arrangements, inheritance and trusts and settlements.
